CERRERITO
A “CERRERITO” is a Colombian espresso sweetened with scrapings from an unrefined sugar cane block then whisked into a foamy, amber colored syrup making our unbeatable finely smooth coffee.
TINTO - CUP
TINTO is an old fashioned 100% Colombian Arabica blend with a highly aromatic, smooth flavour note with rich body. This popular recipe needs nothing more than your hands (no machining allowed!), hot boiling water, sweetened with panela (raw sugar scrapings) and strained with a special cloth that passes all coffee oils and scents to your cup – yummy!
